1. SHIPPING PROVIDER
Pink Petal uses Aramex Store-to-Door courier services for deliveries within South Africa.
Delivery services are provided by a third-party courier company and are subject to their operational schedules, delivery networks, and service conditions.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be longer during:
- Sales periods
- Product launches
- Promotional campaigns
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
Orders are not processed on weekends or South African public holidays.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery time is:
8–11 business days
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Rural or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. DELIVERY DELAYS
Pink Petal is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier operational delays
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or labour disruptions
- Public holidays
- Load shedding
- Civil unrest
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect customer information
- High shipping volumes
- Delays within the courier network
While Pink Petal will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking and support, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Shipping information is accurate and complete
- Someone is available to receive the parcel where required
- Contact details are correct
Pink Petal is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned, redirected, or re-delivered parcels.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and courier communications.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the supplied address.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify Pink Petal within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs.
Pink Petal is not responsible for:
- Parcels stolen after confirmed delivery
- Delivery delays caused by the courier
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
However, we may assist in opening courier investigations where appropriate.
8. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on location, promotions, or order size.
Pink Petal reserves the right to adjust shipping fees at any time without prior notice.
